How to save money on hotels in Paris

Visiting the most beautiful and romantic city in the world does not have to be an extravagant blow to your finances. There are tons of things to do and places to explore at a very low cost, but the best way to save money while you enjoy Paris it’s finding a great hotel deal!

These are a few tips that might help you in this journey:

-Try not to travel during High season: since the prices would be way higher and the most of the places book be booked.

The best time to travel are those months when everyone stays at their hometown: November, January, March. Or maybe early May, can be still a good choice.

-Book early: yes, the best way to find a great hotel deal is booking at least two months ahead the dates you are planning to go visit.

-Do not pay for amenities you do not need, the least you would want to do in a city like Paris is spending time in your hotel, so utilize your money maybe on eating delicious crepes or drinking fantastic wine along the Seine.

-Stay at a budget friendly hotels in the center or you can also stay at a local area instead of booking a place outside of the city. There are many affordable options only a few blocks away of the main attractions.

-Consider staying at a hostel,  hostels offer great accommodations for those who travel on a budget,  dorm rooms in Paris start at 20 EUR nightly, and private rooms in hostels begin around 50 EUR. And by the way this is an amazing way to make new friends specially when you are traveling solo.

Watch out for any additional charges: just like having to pay for Wi-Fi, breakfast, water… Make sure that everything is included.
